Edda

“Edda” describes a world full of heroes, dwarves, giants, and monsters. These creatures exist in a world that erupts into existence and is doomed to end in a final, annihilating battle. A compendium of Icelandic and Eddic poetry dating back to about 1220, “Edda” is the source of most contemporary knowledge about the great stories of Norse mythology.

Great book, so-so binding. These are the ancient Norse morality tales recorded by Snorri Sturluson in the early 13th century. This book is just the translation; it does not include the original text.I took off one star because the binding seems flimsy. I think I'll probably only get a few reads out of this book before it falls apart.

Really interesting. It's set out in a way that's simple, yet still maintains a sense of authenticity.
