I just took my exam today and I did very well but unfortunately I can not give much if any credit to this book. In fairness, I ordered the book one week prior to my exam. The exam is geared towards someone that has completed successfully 2 1/2 years of a computer science curriculum. By successfully, I mean that one has truly grasped the concepts taught to that point in your academic career. One should be well versed in discrete mathematics, computer programming, logic, critical thinking and can spell, write and speak grammatically correct business communication. If I had not prepared for the test I would have scored where I did, pretty much. The book consists exclusively of test questions and absolutely no explanation for any of the answers. Every question is answered in the book. I had no problem with that format, in fact I expected it. The serious problems with this book is that many of the questions not only have the wrong answer, but the correct answer is not even an option. So someone that really needs help in preparing for the exam will waste a lot of valuable study time doubting yourself because the book is riddled with errors and no errata anywhere to be found. To the author I am truly sorry for the negative review, it is not my style but I paid $40 for a book the quality of which is less than half that much.To the prospective buyer please beware you will get better preparation from YouTube videos on number sequences, Venn diagrams, logic and basic computer programming concepts; review your college notes and freshen up on materials in these areas you may be weak on. If you have the spare cash and at least six months to prepare for the exam then I would get the book because by having the wrong answers it forces one to look elsewhere for answers which is the best way to prepare for civil service exams. I found that there is no single source to prepare for these exams but an all of the above approach to successful preparation.

It's really good

Good service and perfect item.
