BEAUTIFUL PHOTOS; AND LOTS OF INFORMATION ON THE HISTORY OF THE COMPANY AND THE MOTORCYCLE. BUT THE BOOK FALLS SHORT. THE BOOK HAS NO SCHEMATIC DIAGRAMS AND EXPLANATIONS TO REALLY HELP THE NON-EXPERT TRY TO UNDERSTAND THE MECHANICAL FEATURES WHICH WERE UNIQUE TO THE INDIAN.
Great photos of the bikes and the book has alot of information about the company, describing the achievements and mistakes they made which eventually led to the demise of the company. I would like to know where the motorcycle would be today if Indian had not folded. If you are looking for information on the company and the bikes, this is a good place to find it.
A good review of Indian motorcycle history filled with great photos. It was fascinating to read about how WWII impacted the company.
My boyfriend wants an Indian motorcycle and this was a great book to give him. Book was really nice and pretty.
