Hello!I am using this review to let others know of a product issue that I encountered.Pearson education says that NEW copies of this book come with an Access Code. To allow buyers access into their online portion of the classes and/or online resources. The "NEW" copy of this book, when purchased directly from , does not come with this code. When I asked about it, the representative claimed that the code "was not part of the features listed".While this is true, I want to make sure that others do not buy this new thinking that the code comes with it.It is, BY FAR, cheaper to buy a used copy, and then purchase a new code directly from Pearson.The only other option is to buy the new book, and then buy a code as well. no point in paying more for nothing extra.Thanks for your time and I hope this review helps!
This book is informative but lacks the necessary depth for the Title "Advance Engine Performance Diagnosis"....a better label would Pre-Advance Engine Diaginosis. This book needs to give challenging examples that illustrate "how to do" Diagnose difficult issues ....not straight forward ones. The book "Advanced" title is mis-leading.
it is a ok book a lot of spelling errors and a lot of good ,some outdate and bad info in the book. It as a lot of stuff in the book you don't need to know . This book could be have be cut in half and be a better book. An some of the inform is wrong. But I need it for a class if I wasn't taking the class I would never by it. Really the book just needs a total make over and redone from the begin. With out all the junk in it
Oversimplified explanations to the point they are wrong, incomplete descriptions of testing protocols, and other weaknesses make this book disappointing. I expected a truely advanced textbook, and instead it is too simple.
