The information in this book is very timely and helpful. I have been following the recommendations for premenopause for over a year and believe that the information is very useful when seeking medical help from conventional doctors. I've given this book as a gift to at least 3 other people and tell all my women friends about it.

I love this book because it helped me figure out my menopausal situation and resolve the problem. I would recommend it to all women over forty who could be alrealdy dealing with these issues or soon will be. I also recommend men read it since it will be very helpful for them in dealing with the women in their lives going through these special times.

I had a friend loan me her books and then I just had to have my own copies. These were very informative and answered several questions. This book is for anybody that is about 25 years and older. If you have unexplained woman issues then this will help give you some direction and even help you to talk with your doctor or try some hormonal methods on your own. If you are already using hormonal replacements, then definitely read this book so you can understand your body better and make informed changes if needed.
