This is the best book out there for A.P. European History currently on the market. I have taught A.P. Euro for more than a decade and I was so very happy to see this appear to help my students prepare for the NEW exam. The test questions at the end of each chapter, section, and at the end of the book are the closest thing to the real exam questions that I have seen yet. I have read every test prep book out there for AP Euro, and this is clearly the best one currently available.It offers a clear and concise review of the historical material that is really awesome. It helps my students understand the material sometimes even better than when I present it in class. The charts at the ends of the chapter are very helpful. The DBQ organizer at the front of the book is also very helpful for teaching the DBQ. The historical content is on fleek, and the bias is minimal. It really does prepare students for success in May on the Exam!NOTE: There is a comment posted by a previous reviewer that DOES NOT APPLY TO THIS BOOK. The content mentioned was in a previous edition only. Please ignore the POLITICAL AGENDA of that reviewer unless you want to miss out on the best AP Euro book out there.
This book is very organized compared to all the other Barron's.This edition doesn't just put information into chunks and chunks of paragraphs, but it uses bullet points along with BOLD and ITALICS to help the readers to understand more concisely. I really like this edition, and I hope that the other books will be made more like this one.
Seems well structured and in my opinion much better than its Princeton Review's competitor. This book actually teachers you and helps you understand the material. It presents in a easy to read, almost outlined format. Full answer explanation are available for almost every question there is and there is more information about the actual AP test in this book than any other 2016 competitor book (probably because it was published later).Hope future Baron books are like this one.
It helped me with my AP Eruopean History exam. I also used it as a fire starter. It starts fire very well.

I have several students who used this to prep in April--they told me they felt very good about their test. My students recommend it and I think that counts for a lot.
Wish I had ordered this book earlier for my daughter. She said it really helped her with her studies.
The only one aimed at new AP exam version which are mostly document style questions.
