This is a great book. Very useful. My husband is a Med-Peds resident and he asked for this book so many times before it was even published. We even ordered two by accident. Anyhow, he is glad he finally got it. Excellent resource.
Would have preferred more detailed information on Tx/management and less discussion of the diagnosis
