This encyclopedia is highly recommended to those interested in learning about the Judge Dredd characters, events, and locations. Twenty years of the Judge Dredd comic strip from 2000AD have been incorporated into this book. It's a must-have!
Gives a good guide to the world of Dredd, from the goofy early days to the more serious thoughtful tone of the modern tales of Mega-City. Plenty of examples of strips and great choice of artwork. What I would have liked to see would be a Dredd chronology of events in his world, and an atlas describing the state of each future country during Dredd's era.
A really fun book that needs an update! Full of all kinds of information about Dredd and his world, this should be on the shelf of any Dredd fan.
