Required reading for my Human Development and Learning class in graduate school. It is very interesting and organized well. I do not agree with all of the arguments and statements made within, however, the majority of the book is quality.
I used this book for a summer class. The concepts are easy to understand. The chapter a little long for me (30-40 pages). I had to read multiple chapters a week and I found some of the chapters interesting.
A great textbook, very informative! I may not have passed the class due to health problems, but it's a great reference book and covers a lot of good info. One draw back is that all my education text books seem to feel the need to include the 'shame on you' racial statistics on every other page (which my teacher thankfully skipped since it was full of political bs instead of relevant info).
This is a very good textbook for teachers in the classroom, or really anyone involved with teaching and raising adolescents. The formatting of the chapters makes it easy to follow and helps you assimilate the information in a usable manner.
Great book for helping one to understand the stage of child development. I keep this book as a recourse tool for future use.
but the item was not new. There was no highlighting or writing but the pages and covers had line indentations and folds.
Some writing in the book but I don't mind it but over all the book is in great condition! I use it all the time
Great book! It has a lot of material that would interest the reader. I would recommended this book to others.
