I focused my DAT prep on practicing questions and this book has a lot of general chemistry questions that cover all topics tested on the DAT. I think the questions are good quality and cover a variety of important concepts. I highly recommend to do your concepts review and use this book to practice solving the problems â this way you will acquire/perfect your ability to apply your knowledge of the material.
The questions were great. Helped me focus my learning. Like have the selection of topics so I could learn. Online was great for seeing my strengths and weaknesses. Like the ability to sort my answers to the questions online. Great choice for DAT chemistry study material. I recommend it.
The questions were well written, I liked that the chapters allowed me to practice discrete topics covered on the DAT. I asked my chem instructor to review the book for me and he said the material looked solid. I spent the time to practice all the questions and I am really happy that I did. I feel much more prepared for the chem section of the DAT.
The book is well written and the amount of material is great. I used the book to identify my strengths and weaknesses. I am much more familiar with the concepts and have increased my confidence. Not only does this book have questions dealing with calculations, it contains questions testing the concepts, which the recent DAT tests quite heavily. I think this book will be a good addition to the questions to solve after watching Chadâs videos in addition to the online quizzes on coursesaver.com.
The chemistry questions were very helpful for me to prepare for the DAT. I am glad that I used this book to prep for the exam. I told several of my friends about this book and suggested they use it to get ready for test day.

I was looking a for a DAT chem book that covered all the topics on the DAT and had 5 answer choices like the actual exam. Found what I was looking for in this book. I had gone to the bookstore to comapre products and my friend let me borrow this book for the weekend before I made my final choice. Great questions and clear explanations. I got a strong score on the chem section DAT which helped my overall stats for the exam. From practice I was familar with the concepts and was able to work thru the exam questiosn quicky, with confidence and accuracy. I benefited from the practice with this book.
