Breaks down in detail the various facets students will encounter in the Math Achievement and Quantitative Reasoning portions of the test. There are also some superior sample questions, in fact, Ivy Global's ISEE materials are better than all others available anywhere. The test is much more challenging than other preparer's (including the ERB's ISEE materials) offer. Ivy Global knows the level of expectation and the preparation needed to meet and exceed those expectations.
This book does a good job at providing a very straightforward process at approaching the study of the ISEE - from planning goals, learning strategies and then reinforcing those new skills with a decent amount of practice questions. I would say it serves as a good foundation on which to begin one's studying. The included videos help clarify concepts that might come with more difficulty to the students.It's nice to find a book that fully devotes itself to the ISEE and not the SSAT as well. The only downfall is that this book doesn't include practice tests, but are include in the publisher's ISEE Practice book. Overall, it's the most comprehensive Math Review for the ISEE, but it's on the pricier side.
