I have used the Wiley Test Bank for three of my tests (FAR, BEC, REG) and absolutely loved it...that is until they changed their format. I have one more test to go and the pause feature quit working. So if you are wanting to review a 200 question section and need to pause it on question 50, the program quits responding. I emailed Wiley twice about it and received no response. I finally called them this morning and the only thing the only thing they could offer was a fix in the next few weeks. Since my test is in a few weeks, this is not acceptable. I just don't understand why they would change from a perfectly good product to one that has many bugs. They should have waited to launch until everything was fixed. Wiley wouldn't issue a refund and I'm hoping will.
The product says CD ROM but there is CD inside. It is only pin. I should not wait this longer and pay delivery cost if I need online pin. I need to use it offline. I returned the first one for this reason. Unfortunately I get the same item as replacement. I tried to activated but it keep says invalid pin. I contacted wiley.com and they said they stop selling CD ROM long time before. I feel buying this product is just waste of money and time.
This Simulation interface is not as good as Becker's. I only use MCQ section for this test bank. Overall, it contain some MCQs which Becker does not cover.
I wish there were alternatives to this other than the Becker test bank. Their software says that you need only score in the 60s to guarantee passing the exam. This is misleading. I was scoring in the 80s on this software and walked into my exam with a level of confidence I did not have in the three previous exams I took (FAR, REG, BEC). This was a mistake. I got my score the other day and was very disappointed to find out I did not pass. I have to do it all over again. I am not happy about this.
Simulations need improvement. There need to be a lot more.
