its a *little* dumbed down (not surprising, given the title), but It has definitely been helpful in my preparations for exams. Lots of practice tests and tips on how to get ready for the testing processes.*Edit*- I used this book heavily while preparing for the last hiring process I went through. I used the sections for the written test, the physical test, and the interview. Lo and behold, I have been offered a position on a career department!
