I passed my ParaPro test. Hurray! I thought it was challenging. The information in the "Secrets manual" helped me prepare for the worst. I did not want to take the test, but I had to... I scored 472. Ohio draws the line at 456. That isn't bad for a old lady like me. I went over and over the practice test and these secrets were spot on.
If you need to study for this test, having your stuff all organized and ready for you to study can really help you out and save you time. Rather than go through your books and notes on your own and try to figure out what you need to study and what you can skip over, all you really have to do is get this study guide. This guide has all of the material you need to know organized and ready for you to sit down and study it. Since itâs all in one location itâs very convenient for you to just grab it and study it. And thereâs no mincing words, the guide jumps right in to the important topics and runs off from there. Everything you need to know is in the guide and you can rest assured if itâs in the guide, itâs important!
I haven't taken a test in over 14 years! So you can just imagine how nervous that I was. Reading this booklet was fast and easy. It helped me tremendously and I would recommend it to anyone!

The book has 20 study tips that are very helpful. It has 90 example questions with a answer section in the back of the book; that gives you the correct answer with an explanation of why the answer given is right. It also includes a section of classroom instruction.Lyn Blauvelt
I didn't care for this particular book. It didn't have hardly any practice exercises to help with passing the paraeducator/nclb/instructor's assistant test. It was too expensive and not at all helpful like CliffsNotes Praxis II: Parapro (0755 and 1755) also offered by . I don't recommend this at all.
Reviewed with my daughter for a month using these materials. She has taking the test twice and no improvement on score. Literally exact same score. She watched all the videos multiple times. They are poorly made and not engaging at all. The practice questions are ok but the explanations for the correct answer are poor. They have the wrong order for PEMDAS which is confusing. I was a teacher for years and would not have used this in my classroom.
I have just started using the flash cards. I had no idea that these types of questions are on the assessment. I love that the cards were easy to separate. I also love that the answers are on the back. I loved the recommendation of using the "Leitner Method" when studying with flash cards. This method is amazing!! It's a method I can use with my daughter as well. I'm very thankful that Mometrix offers study systems like the ParaPro Assessment. I'm bound to achieve a higher score than if I would have just taken the test without studying.
