A total disappointment of the author KIm Heldman. She has a web site were she claims project management but the general opinion is very very negative. People like me try to get better with education but the author found a niche in the market and is not helping so I just spend my last few dollars on a empty and poorly edited book. Also, , they make sure to give the best ratting, Four reviews at five starts? Come on!
