I bought this book in conjunction with a college level Biological Anthropology class, a subject i was only minimally familiar with before the class. This book is very thorough and addresses concepts that are new to the inexperienced. This is a great book for those interested in learning the origins of evolutionary theory, the concepts of evolutionary theory, how evolutionary theory does not attempt to address the origins of life on earth and finally it extensively explores Homo sapiens and their ancestors. This is a great book and i am forever indebted to Agustin Fuentes for the clarity in which Homo sapiens and our ancestors were explored. Additionally, this book gives you many critical thinking tools for addressing intelligent design, creationism and their false theories, as well as their purposeful misinterpretation of anthropological data and scientific information.

I rented this book for school. It was sent to me very quickly and was brand new. So the book was in perfect condition. I have no complaints about the book or my purchase. The price was low and affordable.

great book with tons of valuable information. i'm a college student with limited funds so the fact that i was able to rent it for a low price was a solid score.

An interesting text book, with adequate exercises and critical thinking questions. Compared to other books, it also offered a nice variety of visual references.

Used this book for college. Still use this book and freshen up on the basics. Great book if you want to learn about the evolution of our ancestors to us.

This textbook is easy to read and understand. Very well written and very informative. Would recommend it for Anthropology class.

This book was tattered up when I received it, but it was a rental. So in that case, it was very worth it.

Missing some pages and has writting in it but other than that good for the price
