It is difficult to find quality literature that does not compromise on integrity. These are fascinating books, full of history, and hold your attention, but not in a trashy, salacious way like so many modern novelists. They are rare treasures. These authors' work will survive them.
Buying these books for my 13 year old son and he cannot put them down!! I hope to read them soon too. Excellent western books with good Christian messages and morality weaved throughout. These authors continue to put out some of the best books! Be sure to read their Zion Chronicles and Zion Covenant series too.
I have 3 of the 4 volumes of this book. My order for Vol. 2 was canceled by . All three are great books and I would recommend them if you like tales of the old West.

This Bodie & Brock Thoene book did not disappoint me. What a great history lesson along with three wonderful stories.
