The highlighted routes may not have the minimum clearance of 13'6'. You need to study the low clearance tables and find them on the map. Why are they not marked on the map and why is the route still highlighted when it does not comply with the minimum clearance?
A must have if you are an RV person with a large rig. I have used on of these for years to double check my GPS. The GPS is good, but not perfect and who needs to get stuck at a low bridge....Not me... Every thing you need to know about road restrictions over the entire US in one book.
I have a sales route driving a 24' box truck and got tired of the GPS sending me down roads with a low clearance or weight limit, this map is a life saver. If I go somewhere I am not sure of I can check this map to be sure where I should go. The main roads are highlighted, the low clearances marked, and it is very easy to read. The best purchase under $10 I made for my truck!
Arrived quickly, I only reorder the Rand-McNally MC atlas each year because I've found it to be the most accurate and reliable. I always keep an atlas in the truck even with GPS.
