Kelfer creates a guide with lots of information that most students don't know or have little knowledge of. The book helps to create a plan of attack to move you ahead of the pack. As a parent of a college sophomore, I enjoyed the read and after recommending it to my son, feel he has a leg up on the competition. He says he has already learned so much from the book and will keep using it throughout his college career and beyond as different opportunities come up. Thanks Jake for the hard work and paving the way for many to follow.
Having gone through some of the struggles of being prepared and standing out when going into job interviews I find Jake has done a wonderful job in teaching and preparing anyone to elevate the opportunities they are presented with! The stories the author has included help readers realize that these are what professionals in various different fields are looking for when hiring a potential employee, and I found myself anxious to use these tips in my next job opportunity! This book should be mandatory for all young aspiring people! I wish I had this book before I graduated 3 years ago. Kelfer gives amazing insight on how to become the best YOU possible. If you're looking for some positive motivation and career guidance then this is your book.Looking for a job and finding a career you love can be scary at times. This book is short, sweet and to the point. Jake Kelfer provides practical and helpful information for emerging adults entering the workforce. Although a recent college graduate himself he has the experience and knowledge to help others his same age. I thought I knew the stuff in this book, but I was wrong. This book really taught me a lot. I learnt some insider secrets about interviewing and relationships that I never read before. The information here is truly valuable and not to be found anywhere. I have really enjoyed reading this book. I never knew there was so much to the "getting a job" process.All the information in this book are based on proven case studies rather than theory. People who read this book will truly have a competitive advantage over everyone else. This is a must read for anyone looking for a job and even entrepreneurs like myself. Highly recommend.
This book not only contains valuable information, but it is a quick and easy-to-read reference book. I especially enjoy Kelf's Keys - quick inside tips that come from Kelfer's personal experiences. Kelfer does an amazing job of using his own experiences to give concrete examples of how to take the necessary steps to find your way to personal success. I really like how he explains there are multiple avenues of getting there - and we get to choose! Looking forward for more work from Kelfer in the future!
