This book is full of information yet it is of no use to me because it is not reader friendly. The information is presented in a way that makes the authors seem like very smart people and not in a way that enables readers to read it and understand what ideas the authors are trying to convey. It is like they are trying to impress someone with their big words and complex sentences. This format also makes for horrible quizzes that are so confusing, they don't teach you anything except how to have a headache! Take some hints from other education classes by making the content student centered, relevant, and by presenting information in a clear way so it is of the most benefit to the readers of your textbook.
Arrived on time, but the book has some pages missing and I did not notice it until I was completing the readings for my assignment. Probably just didn't know about it, as this was an unbound copy, but this is a thing they should look for.Other than the missing pages, they were great.
Another great example of the ridiculous price colleges ask for students to pay for text books.
Book has a lot of good info. However my ebook had a lot of issues with the words in tables, every single table in here has multiple words with missing letters (cu riculum), misspellings (curriculm) or spaces in the middle of words (curr iculum). This makes the tables very hard to read, and it becomes very irritating trying to figure out what they are supposed to say!
I love the material! Unfortunately the e-book version has been poorly edited and has odd spacing between letters, and even omitted words.
It had a lot of interesting information. It was a bit boring, but it's such great information. Must read for education majors.
Very helpful book. I like that it was loose leaf, as I can keep it in a binder with the work assigned to it.
