I can't say that I learned anything from this book that would actually help me in the classroom. You may need to to get through a master level class somewhere but it will not enlighten you in practical manners. Buy used.
I choose this rating because I wasn't thrilled with the paper quality. I don't know if it was available in any other form but it isn't going to be a book that will have a great life span because the paper is so thin.
This is great book to use if you are in the process of taking higher level graduate courses. The author provides case studies that are relevant and thought provoking.
This text was very dry but communicated a great deal of information. There was little opportunity for practical exercises on some of the concepts, and the text did not lend itself to creating an interesting and inclusive approach to teaching/learning the material.
