Bought this book for a friend that was just diagnosed, who knew nothing about CLL. Book is very explanatory in an easy to understand way. I would highly recommend it. It enabled her to know what questions to ask her oncologist on her first visit, and also, what to expect from him. Great info in back for research, groups, etc.
This book was also ordered for my husband. I did not read it. He didn't realize it was mostly a guidebook more than a book with in depth information.
It was very helpful as I didn't know anything about this subject. Was diagnosed with CLL last week. The book enabled me to ask my doctor specific questions.
