Bought it as a gift. Didn't read it.

A nice little book with the necessary info.

Nice and concise. A handy reference for those who would like to know a little something about Jewish observances.

Very helpful and compact. Great buy.

This is a great "little book" for those who are new to Judaism, as well as those who seek a short, readable guide to Jewish ceremonies and celebrations.

The illustrations are lovely. I am giving it as an extra little wedding gift as it perfectly describes Jewish traditions for a newly married couple. I bought several copies.

WHY on earth didn't the publisher put some of the Illustrator, Yelena Bryksenkova's beautiful art on the cover? The current cover (dated and old looking) does not say "Pick me up and look inside....or possibly "Buy me!""Sad to think how many have not been purchased because of a bad design decision!!

This wonderful book may be small in size but it is chock full of the kind of information that families crave to make each holiday so much more pleasurable. Parents can use this book to answer their children's good questions. All readers will love the beautiful illustrations. This book also is a wonderful gift to give at any time of the year.Bob Friedman
