This review is only for the kindle version. I work as a professional tutor, and can attest that content-wise, this book is excellent for preparation. (Far better than the Barron version I've seen.) Nevertheless, the kindle version is formatted terribly - the answers are listed using 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 instead of A, B, C, D, E. The formatting of indents in conjunction with the numbers make the questions in the practice tests very confusing. Questions refer to passages by "first stanza" and "second stanza" but the passages are formatted such that the stanzas are indistinguishable. Buy this book in person. You won't regret it. The kindle version isn't worth your time or money. I've asked for a refund.In addition, as a recommendation, Princeton Review publishes their AP test books with downloadable PDFs. Having a kindle version with a downloadable PDF would be very helpful; it's near impossible to do a test like this (constantly referring back to a passage) in an online version without immense frustration.

My daughter loved this prep book. She scored a 770 on the Lit subject test!

I use Kaplan books for all of my test prep kids, ACT, SAT & subject tests. This one did not disappoint. It's got plenty of material and good explanations.

Exactly what our Daughter needed, really boosted her chances at a better score.
