I was having trouble understanding the geometry concepts on the GRE, even with the Magoosh classes, and this book's basic approach helped me to understand. I had no problems once I went through the text.
Clear, thorough, with practice throughout that helps you learn the ideas.1. a few questions with each new set of ideas2. review questions3. practice test at the end of each (relatively short) section4. tests for the whole book, from easier problems to harderAND it explains the answers to all the questionsIt definitely bumped up my GRE score
Great resource for GRE geometry prep. The code in the back of the book for 6 practice tests on the Manhattan Prep site is why I purchased this, but I enjoyed the geometry content as well. I would anticipate the other books in this set are great too. Don't prep for the GRE without Magoosh though! The video lessons really compliment the content well.
I haven't taken the GRE yet, but I ordered this book after trying to work through the 5 pound practice book. I thought buying that would be enough to refresh my memory on some of my weaker subjects from HS, but it wasn't coming back to me. I bought the Geometry guide and I'm feeling way less stressed about the math portion of the GRE.
It contains everything you need to know about geometry for gre exam.
Pretty useless, you are much better off getting the 5lb book. Does have useful rules though.
