This book is way too detail oriented for effective studying. I would use this for selective reading of topics you need more info on. It is useful in introducing you to relevant terms that might pop up on the test.
A lot of the concept checks don't seem to come from information presented in the book. So I ended up having to use this with Biochem for Dummies. The psych version of this series was very good at explaining the information.
Using this to supplement the Princeton Review Biochem book and its fantastic to couple with it.

Great book. Includes all you need to know and is complete compared to the others test prep companies.
Book arrived quite fast but the quality was less than expected. There was no dust cover and was slightly creased.
