Anyone serious about improving on the LSAT should be studying with actual LSAT preptests such as this one. Look, I know that dishing out almost ten bucks for each of these practice tests (PTs) sucks, but it is important. No prep book or test taking strategies can do the trick alone. The magic happens when you put what you've learned into practice with actual tests.Buy these, take them under perfectly simulated conditions (even find the testing room if you can), review them extensively to understand your mistakes, and kill it on test day. Between the 2 times I took the LSAT, I went through approximately 50 PTs. This prep had everything to do with my 97th and 99th percentile scores.
I used these book's along with the lsat logic reading game bible series.. I didn't study very much and was able to score a 171..I attribute my success to these book's...The trick is drilling weak area's at the end of each week and ensuring you take a practice test at least once weekly. I would recommend about 15 practice tests to take in complete sittings and 15 for drilling weak areas.
After using this latest version of the LSAT Prep-Test and my preparation materials, I feel like I am more than ready for my LSAT. Although it is five months away, I feel as if I have an advantage over those who opted not to pruchase these materials. The look and authenticity of this (and other) prep-test, along with my implementation of actual, timed practice tests, make it feel like I'm actually taking the LSAT, and that was what I was looking for in a prep-test.
It is absolutely necessary to purchase LSAT 62-69 separately as they have not been published in a compilation book as of yet. If you are to be successful on the LSAT you need to take as many actual LSATs as humanly possible.
THIS IS A LSAT PREPTEST WITHOUT EXPLANATIONS. IT WOULD BE NICE IF LSAC WOULD PROVIDE A BOOK WITH EXPLANATIONS SO I DO NOT HAVE TO PURCHASE IT SEPARATELY. BUT FOR WHAT IT IS, IT IS OK.
Good prep test. You can't really mess these things up though. I bought this and a few others to fill in some of the gaps from ones I already owned. Good prices.
