I strongly recommend this book to other parents of children labeled hyperactive, ADD, or disruptive. Too often parents listen to "experts" rather than follow their own instincts concerning the welfare of their children. This is a book of hope and success and is well worth the time and money investment.
This book was a perfect read for me. I could relate to Kristi's writing on almost every example she wrote about. My son is now 8 years old and instead of listening to the people advising me to put him on drugs we have learned to do what works best for him. By the Grace of God and our patience, he is making excellent grades now, that's including in the behavior category.
A Herculean effort by a saint of a mother to keep abreast of her hyper-kinetic son. Inspired, sound and practical. Masterfully written. A must read.
