This will live by my bedside for a long time. Its easy to open anywhere and find a short piece to meditate or reflect on right when I wake up or before I go to sleep.
Inspirational, but not in depth teachings. If you are looking for a collection of quick hits to contemplate throughout the day, this is an interesting publication. The content is true dharma.
