Perfect for writing what you learn or whatever inspires you. Great for lessons and making ideas. I like this book a lot; it is very helpful for teaching and learning lessons. The book would work a bit better in a spiral binding, so it could lay flat. The size is perfect for carrying around to take notes in. A few more pages would be nice for larger or longer classes or training.
