Before my purchase, I didn't notice how few pages there are in this book - I guess I was expecting a 'rounded-out' diary with pictures, a description of her life before and after the battle - at least an identification of who she was, but it's just her diary with nothing added. This is great for someone doing research, but don't expect anything but her diary to arrive in the mail.
An amazing spectator's insight to this period of our history ....Must reading for any Gettysburg battle history buff or student.
