There are very informative examples of how to implement discipline in the classroom in a way which builds self-discipline through structured routines.

I bought this version of the textbook so that I could carry it with me in my laptop instead of having to carry around the textbook. It says in the description that it works on Kindle for PC, but it doesn't work in the windows 8 version. I am rather upset about this.To make it work I had to install Google chrome and install the Kindle for PC (Windows 7 version) app to my windows 8 desktop, and open it there. Kind of disappointing, but still functional.

Rented this as a text book. It walks through the history of classroom discipline and explores the basis for each one. I wouldn't say it was compelling reading, but certainly did it's job while staying fairly concise and to the point without leaving out necessary details.
