Rented the e-book version of this text book, and was disappointed to find that my professor requires the use of a Cengage learning media named Mindtap. Other students that have purchased the paperback have had this access code included with their purchase, however my e-book version for my kindle had no such resource. Keep this in mind while making your purchase and ask your professor if this access code will be needed while taking the course prior to making your decision. A $35 rental turned into well over $100, when I had to purchase the access code separately for $75.

It gives great information on study skills and reading skills. And basically how to survive college and the courses you take in order to succeed.

I got the book with no code basically useless waisted my money :(

Very pleased in the shipping it came a day earlier than I expected and that always a good thing

60$ with no access code? Are u kidding me?

I didn't get access code for this book so It was of no use for me

Excelente tips to become a successful student.

No Access code!? Just figured this out and not happy.. all the way through the end of the semester and no access code.. 75.00 more out of pocket for the code.. Ugh
