We used this on top of a cake, and it was adorable. The birthday girl kept the TARDIS after the party. It looked especially nice when we darkened the lights and turned on the TARDIS light.
I did not buy this product through , now I wish I had, it is cheaper here. It is an adorable little tardis, and is perfect for the Whovian under a budget. Would recommend for anyone who wants a tardis sitting on their bed stand. :)
I bought this in part because I thought that assembling a mini-Tardis would be a fun pre-wedding activity for me and my fiance. Be forewarned: although it is called a "kit" there is nothing to put together. It's a figurine with no assembly required. I was also expecting the windows to light up, but only the top lights up.All in all it is cute and will make a nice little cupcake topper. It's just not what I expected.
This was a great purchase - I was looking at it on another website at twice the price. The TARDIS has a switch at the bottom to activate the light on top. We used this as a topper on our wedding cupcakes. The little pamphlet that comes with it is fun.
Life at work is not quite as dull when the TARDIS is sitting on my desk.I love to imagine the TARDIS would grow to full size and the Doctor would jump out and invite me in for a legendary journey through space and time.
This light-up Tardis works great. I used it in a 3D art project. I had to drill a few holes in it to attach it to the back and to rewire it in order to use a switch on the side of the frame. It held up very well and looks fantastic!
I'm a lifelong fan of Doctor Who and wanted a small Tardis to sit on my desk at home, (I'm an ex-pat Brit who has watched the show since Tom Baker's 4th Doctor was just starting to save the universe.) At just 3" tall - to the top of the light, this Tardis is great. I was surprised by the level of detail for such a small model, and the fact it lights up is a nice touch too. At under ten bucks I'm very glad I bought this.
I love this collectable, very well made and the timeline card is great! I'm so glad I got it and any Whovian would love to add this to their collection!
