Last year I was diagnosed with lung cancer. This book was a godsend! You can jump around and go straight to the questions most pressing on your mind (Will I need chemo? What are my survival chances? Where should I go for treatment?) Although the book is titled 100 Questions..., it answered thousands of my questions. It's an easy read, reliable and fairly comprehensive. It's a must for the newly diagnosed.

The 2nd edition covers the recently approved regimens for chemotherapy and target-therapy. I especially like a table which summarizes the regimen names, types, and their side effects. I bought this book to understand types of lung cancer treatment so that I could communicate with the oncologist.

I found this book to be a treasure of information.A sad ending for us personally, but the book was well worth reading.
