My son and I loved the way Brian Leaf put this book together. I think out of all the Review books out there Brian has really found a recipe that makes it interesting and engaging. I would buy any of the review books this guy puts out there. They are easy to understand and provides detailed explanation of how to do a problem.
My daughter's score did not improve with this book. She improved on all other categories but never math. Her highest math score was 28. She had a composite score of 31 and super scored at 32. Original composite was 29.
This is the first year I have taken any ACT test, and I did not know what to expect, at least as far as the Math portion of the test. This book truly prepared me with the step-by-step instructions on each practice problem, easy mantras/sayings to help me on the actual test day, and some extra mental/stretching exercises.I would highly recommend this to any student wishing to brush up on math skills they had not actively used in a couple years. The online content was also a nice bonus. 11/10.
