Customer review from the Vine(tm) Program (What's this?)I will start by saying that the product description provided here on is absolutely correct and quite comprehensive...it is spot on. Read it and you will know precisely what you are getting.There are a very large number of books...very, very large books, on the market today to help the young woman or man in taking the dreaded ASVAB Examination. My grandson is one of them and has a pile of these books (he lives with us) in his room near his computer. Now all of these books are indeed extremely useful and I most certainly encourage any young person to lay their hands on as many of them as possible. This is not an easy test for many, in particular the mathematics portion of the test and you need as much help as you can get. I am retired military myself (Air Force) and when I first joined in 1962 the testing then was a far different animal that what the young people are faced with today.Now the one big advantage that the book being reviewed here has over many competing books is that this one is far, far more user friendly and is much easier to navigate than almost any of the other six books we have in the house. This is important. Many of the other books, while wonderful pieces of work and quite helpful tend to intimidate the user immediately upon opening them. This is not a good thing.I reviewed this particular book and found it easy to plow through and the tips the good sergeant has given in a liberal manner are spot on. I truly feel that if the young potential recruit actually works through this book, takes advantage of the on-line resources made available here, she or he will make great strides in coming up with a decent score on this test.
