I bought this because I really found the Emmanuel Strategies and Tactics for MBE really helpful. I just received this book today and the first thing I did was compare this outline with the MBE subject outlines provided by the National Conference of Bar Examiners. Through this I found that this book skipped many sub-topics for each subjects (ex: for property, it doesn't talk about most of the future interests- are you kidding me?!). Instead of giving it 1 star, I added a second star because the book has a clear and succinct organization. It is thorough with most of the topics yet brief enough so that you can quickly go through each outline as a refresher. Such a good idea but a failure overall.
Seems like a good outline to study for the Bar Exam. But we will see at the end of the month.
I used this book along with one other (no expensive classes) to pass the Georgia state bar. This book is very much worth its modest price tag.
Better than Barbri or Kaplan!
