This textbook was certainly a good addition to my class. It was very detailed regarding services available for those disadvantaged individuals, whether socially, financially, or other issues. I would certainly recommend this textbook to anyone thinking about doing Social Work.

After receiving my book for a class that is scheduled to start in 2 weeks; I open the book only to find out that it is missing half of the first chapter.How is a student supposed to be productive when they don't have the proper material to conduct the class.This is the first time that I have ever bought a used book and be unsatisfied with it!!!
